And Who Are You? is the story of John Mayers, a CEO who has seen it all and has also managed the financial crisis successfully. Although his business is successfully back on track, he finds himself struggling. Whatever management and leadership tools he uses, they seem to create problems, rather than solve them.

Now his job is at stake. The business goals he’s gotten from his board are extraordinarily high. If he can achieve them, if he finds what he calls “the answer” to how to turn his branch into a twenty-first century company — fast, slim and highly profitable, with outstandingly creative people — he will not only keep his job, but will increase his chances of being promoted to head of the entire corporation.

John hears about “the hermit,” a guy who lives high up in the mountains who is supposedly a wise man. John’s dedicated to success (and a bit desperate), and gives it a shot. He hikes up, meets the hermit, and tells him what he needs. And the hermit sends him away.
